Internship Offer: Communication & Marketing Assistant Intern

Founded in 2012, Dracula Technologies designs, develops, and manufactures LAYER®, a printed technology that generates energy from ambient light. As pioneers in printed organic electronics, we offer sustainable and innovative solutions to address the energy challenges posed by the exponential growth of connected devices.
In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Communication & Marketing Assistant Intern to join our team and contribute to the visibility and impact of our company.
Main Missions
As part of the Communication & Marketing department, you will actively contribute to the implementation of our communication strategy, helping us showcase our expertise and innovations to a range of audiences: industrial partners, institutions, the scientific community, employees, and the general public.
Content Creation & Distribution
-Assist in the development of the communication plan and manage the editorial calendar
– Write and produce varied content for internal and external communication
– Design and produce video content
– Regularly update the website and event-specific sites
– Promote projects and events via social media, especially LinkedIn
Marketing & Event Management
– Plan and monitor marketing actions
– Lead marketing campaigns execution
– Organize and coordinate internal and external events
– Manage Dracula Technologies’ presence at events
Coordination & Partner Management
– Main point of contact with marketing and web agencies
– Manage service providers and ensure quality deliverables
Job Description and Desired Profile
Candidate Profile
– Able to work independently
– Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in communication, marketing, or digital
Technical Skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Professional French required, English B2 minimum
– Knowledge of SEA & SEO is a plus
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
– WordPress CMS knowledge
– Visual and video content creation skills

Dans un contexte de forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Assistant(e) Communication & Marketing pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer à la visibilité et à l’impact de notre entreprise.
Missions principales
Au sein du département Communication & Marketing, vous contribuerez activement à la mise en œuvre de notre stratégie de communication, en aidant à valoriser notre expertise et nos innovations auprès de différents publics : partenaires industriels, institutions, communauté scientifique, collaborateurs et grand public.
Création et diffusion de contenus

Participer à l’élaboration du plan de communication et gérer le calendrier éditorial

Rédiger et produire des contenus variés pour la communication interne et externe

Concevoir et produire des contenus vidéo

Mettre à jour régulièrement le site web et les sites dédiés aux événements

Promouvoir les projets et événements via les réseaux sociaux, notamment LinkedIn
Marketing et gestion d’événements

Planifier et suivre les actions marketing

Piloter l’exécution des campagnes marketing
-
Organiser et coordonner les événements internes et externes
-
Gérer la présence de Dracula Technologies lors des événements
Coordination et gestion des partenaires

Être le principal point de contact avec les agences marketing et web
-
Gérer les prestataires et garantir la qualité des livrables

Profil du candidat

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome

Formation : Master (ou équivalent, Bac+5) en communication, marketing ou digital
Compétences techniques

Excellentes compétences en communication
-
Français professionnel requis, anglais niveau B2 minimum

Connaissances en SEA & SEO appréciées

Maîtrise de Microsoft Office

Compétences sur Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Connaissance du CMS WordPress
